Studio test reports

The studios we carry publish independent test results for their random number generators. We link those reports from each supplier page so you can check them yourself.

Scoring rules published

Every board states how points are earned — multiplier, hand result or market return — before entries open, so the rule cannot shift while you play.

Round logs kept

We hold round logs for each tournament for 90 days. If a score looks wrong, our desk can pull the raw rounds and compare them with your standing.

72-hour query window

You have 72 hours after a board closes to raise a scoring query. We check the log, reply with the outcome, and correct the standings if needed.

One entry per board

One account holds one entry on a board. Duplicate entries are removed, which keeps the standings fairer for smaller sessions and single-round players.

Session protection
